1. Where is KRAVIA?

Within Aromo San Miguel de Allende at KM 4.5 of the Carretera a Celaya in Guanajuato.

2. What days is KRAVIA open?

The experience is open from Thursday through Saturday, offering a single seating at 19:00 hrs. 

3. What kind of cuisine do they serve in KRAVIA?

Signature cuisine, in which the culinary team combines different techniques and trends to create a tasting of 8 courses of unique dishes.

4. Can you adapt the food to my dietary restrictions?

Our culinary team will do their utmost effort to adapt the dishes to any dietary restrictions. Please let us know if you have any when buying your tickets.

5. How much does KRAVIA cost?

The experience is $3,600.00 MXN per person (VAT included).

Eight course show dinner with wine pairing.

Includes water and/or soft drinks during the experience.

Complimentary house cocktails from 6:30 PM until 5 minutes before 7:00 PM.

6. I will not be able to attend, can I get a refund?​

Since the experience is limited to 14 seats, we suggest you change the date ASAP because we do not issue refunds.

7. At what time does the experience start and how long does it last?

The experience begins at 7:00 PM.

You can arrive as early as 6:30 and enjoy complimentary house cocktails at the Mezquite Bar.

Once inside, show dinner lasts approximately 3 hours.

You are welcome to stay at the outdoor bar when the experience ends (cocktails not included).

8. We would like our children to experience KRAVIA, is it suitable for them?

Due to the audiovisual effects that can be disturbing for some minors, only children over 8 years of age can experience KRAVIA. Please let us know right after buying your tickets. 

10. Can we take pictures and videos during the experience?

Yes, but please be considerate of other diners and our team.

The use of flash photography and/or lamps is not allowed. 

11. Is the use of cell phones allowed within the experience?

Yes, but we suggest that you refrain from doing so to fully immerse yourself in the experience.

We kindly ask you to answer calls outside the dining room.

12. Can I smoke inside KRAVIA?

You can in the Mezquite bar area. Smoking is prohibited inside the dining room.

13. What is the dress code for KRAVIA?

Be you! Wear what best expresses who you are (we recommend avoiding stiletto heels).

14. Is there anything else I should know before going to KRAVIA?

Please arrive on time as the experience starts at 7:00 PM sharp.

15. Can I buy more than 14 tickets?

Unfortunately our maximum capacity is 14 people so we cannot accomodate more guests.

17. We are less than 14 people, but we want to experience KRAVIA by ourselves; is that possible?
